Proposal · Brand identity & website

A brand and a website built to match your ambition.

01 — The opportunity

Where you are, and where this takes you.

You have something worth putting in front of people. What's missing is a brand and a website that make the right impression before you've said a word.

This gets that in place without over-building it: a proper logo and visual identity you own outright, and a clean, fast website designed around it — enough to look established, be found, and turn visitors into enquiries.

The aim is simple: when someone sees your name or lands on your site, they should immediately take you seriously and know how to get in touch. Everything below is built to do exactly that, at a size that makes sense for where the business is now.

02 — What we'll deliver

Two pieces of work, one coherent result.

The identity comes first and sets the visual language. The website is then designed and built on top of it, so nothing feels bolted on.

Part A — Brand identity

  • Direction. A short call and a questionnaire to lock the look, tone, and feel before any design starts.
  • Logo. A primary logo plus one alternate layout for tight spaces, delivered in every format you'll need.
  • Basics. A colour palette and a font pairing that go with the logo.
  • Mini brand sheet. One page covering logo use, colours, and fonts — enough to keep things consistent.

Part B — Website

  • Structure. A page plan for up to four pages, agreed before design begins.
  • Design & build. Mobile-responsive design and build of every page, on a fast modern setup.
  • Enquiry form. A contact form that emails you every submission.
  • Launch. Domain connection (.com or .co.sz), search basics, analytics, and a managed go-live.
03 — How we work

A clear path, no guesswork.

Week 1
DirectionKick-off call, questionnaire, and agreement on the logo direction before design begins.
Weeks 1–2
DesignLogo finalised, then the website designed across all pages. One consolidated revision round.
Weeks 2–3
Build & launchBuild, content loaded, tested on phone and desktop, then taken live with a handover walkthrough.
04 — Timeline

Two to three weeks, start to live.

Measured from the date the deposit is received. The main variable is turnaround on feedback and content from your side — we'll flag anything that risks the date as we go.

05 — Investment

What it costs.

All figures in Emalangeni (E), which is fixed 1:1 with the South African Rand — you're welcome to settle in either currency by EFT. Amounts exclude VAT where applicable. Third-party costs — domain, hosting, stock imagery, premium fonts — are billed at cost or set up in your own name.

Scoped for a small business. This is a lean first brand and website — a focused logo, a tight four-page site, one revision round. It is priced to be affordable at that size. Anything beyond the scope in section 06 is priced as an add-on rather than stretched into this package.

07 — Why Masaphokati

Who you're working with.

Masaphokati Technologies builds software and digital products for businesses across Southern Africa — ERP platforms, logistics systems, and the brands and websites that front them. Design here isn't a side service; it's how everything we ship is made.

08 — Next steps

To get started.

  1. Reply to accept. A short email confirming you'd like to proceed is enough to hold a start date.
  2. Deposit invoice. We send the 50% invoice and a one-page agreement covering scope and terms.
  3. Book discovery. On payment, we schedule the kick-off session — usually within a week.

This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date above. Pricing and availability may change after that.
